Contract for Maternity & Newborn Workshop Services
Please read the following contract for maternity and newborn workshop as we
cannot proceed with any services until it is filled out and electronically signed.
1. Contract & Retainer: A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve the specified coverage. It is understood Soul Sisters Photography is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic workshop services requested on this Contract.
2. Payment Policy: A non-refundable retainer of $500 is due to secure your workshop date date and will be applied to the Package. The remaining balance is DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE WORKSHOP. The remaining balance can be made in payments so long as the full amount is paid 14 days prior to the start of workshop. Again, the deposit is non refundable, however, in case of unplanned events or emergencies, we can hold your deposit for up to 150 days where it will go towards the balance of a new scheduled workshop.
3. Copyrights: As the author of all images made hereunder and as provided for by United States Copyright Laws (Title 17, U.S. Code Section 101), Soul Sisters Photography shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless of possession or ownership of photographs, digital files or any other format of reproduction.
4. Photo Ownership: The digital photos taken by the workshop attendee are the property of the attendee for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and using for marketing services.
5. Attendees: This workshop agreement allows up to two attendees in attendance of the workshop.
6. Date: This workshop is to take place on: June 6th and June 7th (or to be postponed at a later date following advice of the WHO, CDC, and government officials.)
7. Prohibition: The mentee is prohibited from teaching / mentoring their own workshop for 24 months after attending this workshop.
8. Understanding: This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
